Did the 55% of dissatisfied merchants say why they wouldn't do another "daily deal"?
Very interesting data with this survey. Too bad that you have only charts, tables would be much efficient to synthesis the information.

Very insightful survey! The business category legend on the last chart is incomplete and it would be great to see all categories. Thx
The idea that 1 out of 3 businesses are currently promoting their business with Facebook Places is fantastic, but if the choice for Facebook Places was worded as "Places (Facebook's location-based service)" instead of "Facebook Places" then I would expect a different result due to confusion between Facebook and Facebook Places as a separate service.
The post is very informative. It is a pleasure reading it. I have also bookmarked you for checking out new posts.
Very informative, varied and useful information, thank you for doing the work on this.
