Yes, they really do get it, but it would be a lot better if there were feedback from their customers. How can we encourage that to happen? And it would have to be real feedback, since a lot of feedback is just staged by the merchant, and loses credibility.

We just created a consumer reviews in addition to the blog feedback for the merchants and consumer ratings. It will be interesting to see this dialogue begin between the consumers and merchants.
